Pricing ranges shown below are guidelines. Final pricing depends on group size, format (in-person or virtual), and customization.

Community groups, libraries & senior programs:
$250 - $400 per session

Small businesses & nonprofits:
$400 - $750 per session

Corporate & workplace trainings:
$750 - $1,500 per session

Discounts available for multi-session series and community programs.
One-on-one coaching and follow-up sessions are also available.
